Return Policy
(U.S. and Canadian Customers)
- Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of date of invoice. Please notify us of any problem with your order as soon as possible by calling toll-free 1-888-573-3953 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm central)

- Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, etc.), if returned within 30 days of date of invoice and received in sellable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only (less any discounts). Shipping charges are not refundable. A copy of your receipt and reason for return must accompany any returned product. SHIP YOUR RETURN (with a required copy of your receipt/invoice) PREPAID TO:
