Domestic (US) Shipping & Handling Rates (US Dollars)
Effective February 6, 2009, One-Price Shipping available (see chart below).  You may choose your method of shipping based on how quickly you need your order.

Website orders
Total shipping charge will be calculated automatically on website orders, available for review before you finalize your shopping cart order.

Standard Shipping/Handling U.S. only
Monday thru Friday delivery only. Orders not processed on Saturday or Sunday.

Option 1:  Economy  Any Size Order*  =   Add $4.95 to your merchandise total
(Delivered usually within 1-2 weeks via US Postal Service)
*These rates do not apply to case quantity purchases or international shipments.

Shipping time frames are only estimates and contingent upon when your order has been received and processed. Orders shipped to AK, HI, APO/FPO, and U.S. Protectorates may require additional delivery days. 

Option 2:  Accelerated Any Size Order*  =  Add $11.95 to your merchandise total
(Delivered usually within 2-5 days via Priority Mail or UPS Ground)
*These rates do not apply to case quantity purchases or international shipments.

ATTENTION: Tennessee Churches and Other Tax Exempt Organizations in the State of Tennessee.
In order to take advantage of your Sales Tax Exempt Status, you will need to place your order by phone, fax or U.S. Mail. Our website shopping cart does not currently accommodate a sales tax exempt option.
Also, Karyn Henley Resources must have a current copy of your tax exempt certificate on file.

(U.S. and Canadian Customers)
  • Q. What if there is a problem with my order?

    Before returning anything, please notify us first of any defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise as soon as possible. Call our toll-free order line: 1-888-573-3953 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm central) so we may rectify the problem immediately.

  • Q. What happens if I’m not satisfied with my order?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise (not as expected, arrived too late, etc.), you may return it within 45 days of the date of your invoice. Merchandise returned in sellable condition will be issued a refund of merchandise cost only. Shipping costs are not refundable. Any return that does not comply with these conditions are subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.


    If your return meets the above qualifications, then:

    1. Repack all contents in its original packaging. Note that some items may consist of several parts or pieces. (Example: Make sure CD or DVD is returned to its case.) Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package. If the original box or package is torn or broken, you may use your own sturdy packaging.

    2. Replace merchandise in the box, taking care to sufficiently cushion the merchandise so the items are not loose inside the box.

    3. Enclose the Return Form which includes the reason for your return.

    4. Send your PREPAID package via the U.S. Postal Service (preferably by Media Mail, if qualified) to the following address:

  • Q. May I exchange my merchandise for something else?

    If you received a faulty or incorrect item, and would like to exchange it for the same item, please call our toll-free order line for instructions. 1-888-573-3953.

    If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, ordered the wrong item, or simply wish to exchange for a different item, the exchange must be done within 45 days of date of invoice and be returned in good condition. Please return the merchandise to be exchanged using the guidelines listed for regular returns (above). You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. This may be done at any time, you do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. .

  • Q. How long will it take to receive a refund?

    If you return an item to Karyn Henley Resources, please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. For more information, please feel free to email us or call us toll-free during regular business hours. Once the returned item is received and processed, a credit will be made to the credit or debit card used for the original order. Orders paid by check will be refunded in like manner.

  • Q. What if I purchased an item at a bookstore or through another online retailer?
    If the merchandise was not sold to you by Karyn Henley Resources (through our website, our toll-free order line, or at our booktable where we exhibit), please contact the original seller directly.

  • Miscellaneous:
    Items purchased in bulk, case, quantity discount , and/or makred as non-returnable are not returnable.

    Wholesale purchases are nonreturnable.

    International Customers: Sorry, no returns on international orders. All orders are shipped at the customer's risk.
